In today's world, jewelry is often created using CAD technology and factory-generated designs, making handmade jewelry by studio artists a highly sought-after commodity. We are an artisan couple committed to crafting a unique artistic style reflecting our collaborative experiences. We invite you to explore our art and jewelry collection and appreciate its distinct character.
As artists, our creative explorations of silver and gold jewelry often blend casting and forging techniques, transforming precious metals into miniature sculptures. Forging involves the artistic bending, shaping, and welding of metal, while castings are initially crafted in wax and produced using the traditional lost wax method. These techniques are frequently used in tandem.
The figure has played a pivotal role in our examination of form. Simultaneously, mythological themes-particularly those concerning mermaids-offer figurative narratives that approach abstraction and are characterized by flowing line curves reminiscent of the Art Nouveau Jewelry style.
We also enjoy working with porcelain, a traditional art medium for jewelry. Porcelain is a delicate, smooth, durable, eco-friendly medium that bridges modernity with cultural traditions. We present these beautiful, handmade, one-of-a-kind wearable art pendants.
