Prices for our jewelry art are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuations in the gold and silver markets. Therefore, before any price increase, we would request your approval. PayPal is the method for purchasing an order. 

It facilitates an individual to send payments online securely. With a PayPal account, you can opt to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. The seller or merchant never discerns your credit card and bank numbers. Plus, you're 100% guarded against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

We only ship to Canadian and U.S. customers who have a confirmed address in PayPal.

• Guarantee:

The artistry and materials of all jewelry art are GUARANTEED to be free of defects upon delivery. The jewelry will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost if the examination reveals damage caused by our negligence.

• Return Policy:

If your order arrives damaged, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. Damage claims to Art-jewelry.com must be made within five days of receipt.

Non commissioned items purchased may be returned or exchanged within seven days from the delivery of your order for a refund, credit, or exchange. The returned item must be in its original, unused condition.   

A particular order or custom design, or jewelry that requires modification such as ring sizing or exchanging stones ordered on a commission basis, is not returnable. 

Before returning, please get in touch with us by phone or email for approval.  

• Delivery:

In-stock items will be shipped within seven days. 

Custom commission orders estimate of delivery will be discussed at the time of order. 

All jewelry is shipped USPS Express Mail, insured, using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and requires a customer signature on delivery. 

Shipment will be made only to the address verified by PayPal; we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
